Elevate Records is proud to welcome Edenian to the roster — and the announcement comes with a release date: Black Moon, the band’s third album, will be out in May 2026.
Formed in Kharkiv, Ukraine in 2010, Edenian first appeared on the scene in 2012 with their debut Winter Shades, followed by Rise of the Nephilim (2013) and the EP Forgotten Once… (2014). Then life intervened — line-up changes, personal challenges — and the band went on hiatus. Ten years passed. But the ideas never died.
Black Moon is the result of that long wait: ten tracks that move from hauntingly beautiful gothic melodies to crushing doom anthems, built around the beauty & the beast vocal dynamic between Max Molodtsov and Valerie Chudentsova — both already familiar to the Elevate Records roster as members of Mistyfica (ER26062). The album also draws on an unexpected literary source, with lyrics adapted from poetry by Charles Baudelaire, Thomas Hardy, Christina Rossetti and others, lending the record a depth that sets it apart.
Produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by Max Molodtsov at Eternal Studio, with cover artwork by Irene Domingues Marques (aka Namtaru).
