Salvo’s journey through the Italian rock and metal scene has been long and consistent: years with Ivory, collaborations with some of the country’s finest musicians, and most recently the launch of Shady Lane alongside Ivory bassist Luca Bernazzi — a melodic progressive metal project on Underground Symphony Records whose debut There and Back dropped in March 2025.
ASTRA is something different. No band, no vocals. Just the guitar — and everything it can say.
